The Rhythm is very nice. I disagree though, I think it works well as one long stanza, I think it better helps the flow.

The emotion is there, you just have to work a little to pull it out more, and bring it to the surface.

The pain is almost tangible in this poem, it sticks to the back of your throat, leaving a raw feeling there. The emotion is real...I like it, a lot.
